Southeast Wisconsin Sunrooms is the area’s premier designer and builder of quality sunrooms. Founder Jude Sr. started building high-end custom homes in 1973. Over time, his niche became lake homes in western Kenosha county and eastern Walworth county near Lake Geneva, many of which remain with the original owners today.

Jude Sr. realized that though many of his customers wanted specialty sunrooms on their homes, all of the sunrooms at that time were being designed the same way - by window and glass companies using outdated and inefficient materials. In 2004, Southeast Wisconsin Sunrooms was born to fill the need for a quality sunroom company in Southeast Wisconsin with custom building expertise.

Gone are the days of visible screw heads throughout your new sunroom. LivingSpace Sunrooms® have a patented internal fastening system that hides all screw connections. They make custom sized windows to fit in between posts to avoid the unsightly fill panels that obstruct views and air flow. Their products are made of PVC and fiberglass which are more energy efficient and match products we are putting on homes today.

Meet the SEWI Sunrooms Founders
Jude Tindall Sr. brings 50 years of experience to new home construction, building, remodeling, and subdivision development. Though he retired in 2019 he is still around to lend his experience and expertise.
Jude Jr. now owns and operates SE Wisconsin Sunrooms and brings 15 years of contracting experience to the design, planning, building and final approval of every project. We believe that the best way to communicate a customer’s vision for their sunroom project is to remove the middleman, so instead of having a salesperson make promises only to pass the project off to a project manager, Jude Jr. manages the entire project until the room is built. His passion for “bringing the outside in” developed in his career as a general contractor, during which he built over 200 homes from the ground up, but he finds sunrooms the most satisfying. Sharing his own sunroom with his family has made him passionate about creating sunrooms for others that they can enjoy for generations to come, and that passion has made us a leading contractor in the sunroom business.
